Nice to meet you at SLEEP2025!

Sleep strategist. Keynote speaker. Narcolepsy advocate.
I help bold brands and tired brains do better.

Hi, I’m Lindsay Scola

A sleep and productivity expert, keynote speaker, and bestselling author helping ambitious humans who are tired of being tired.

I deliver no-BS sleep strategies—science-based, compassion-forward, and built for real life. Because high-achievers don’t need another bedtime checklist—they need better tools, fewer myths, and a lot more grace.

After two decades working with top leaders in entertainment, politics, and government—including President Barack and Michelle Obama—I know what it takes to operate at the highest level. I also know what it’s like to do all of that while navigating undiagnosed narcolepsy and ADHD.

That experience drives everything I do now: helping people stop blaming themselves for being tired, recognize when something deeper might be going on, and reclaim their energy with strategies that make sense for their lives.

I’m also a consultant for Project Sleep, the nonprofit advancing sleep disorder awareness and sleep equity. I support their education and advocacy efforts—especially through their Hollywood engagement work—helping bring sleep disorder stories to television in ways that are accurate, compelling, and grounded in lived experience.

I recently released my first book, AI for ADHD: A Practical Guide to Starting (and Actually Finishing) What Matters—a #1 New Release on Amazon. It’s part productivity guide, part survival manual for busy brains, and it's already helping readers feel seen, capable, and back in control.
