Coaching
You're not slowing down. You're just running on empty.
Coaching
You've built a career on being the person who figures it out. The person who shows up, delivers, and does it again tomorrow. But somewhere along the way, sleep became the thing you'd get to eventually. After this deadline. When the book is done. When we raise the money. When things slow down.
They haven't slowed down. And your body is keeping score.
You might have muscled through in your 20s. But now, you know you are tired and pushing past the irritability. Things are taking you longer and you know if you can only make the time to sleep things would feel better. But now you aren’t sure how.
1:1 Sleep Coaching for High-Performers
I work with founders, executives, and entrepreneurs who are performing — but know they could be operating at a completely different level if they could just get out of their own way at night.
I help you understand what your sleep actually requires, then build a system designed around your life that delivers consistent, quality sleep even when the pressure is on.
How it Works
In our first meeting you’ll answer a series of questions to paint a full picture of your life: your schedule, your environment, your history with sleep, and the stories you've been telling yourself about what you need to function. Most high-performers are surprised by what we find.
From there, you and I will build a plan around your actual life.
Together we’ll:
Get honest about the habits and stories you've been telling yourself that keep pushing sleep aside.
Build a structure into your life to support your sleep without feeling like another thing to manage.
Give you tools to combat a loud brain when you lie down or wake up in the middle of the night.
Map your day around your natural energy rhythms so you're doing your best work when you're actually at your best.
Identify if something deeper might be at play, like an underlying sleep disorder — and assist you in finding providers for evaluation and support for treatment.
I really enjoy working with clients with ADHD, where the relationship with sleep often needs its own approach.
What Changes
When you start sleeping consistently everything shifts. You're sharper in meetings, you’re more patient with the people who matter, and you’re able to think clearly instead of just reacting.
That's what happens when you stop treating sleep like a luxury and start treating it like the competitive advantage it is.

Scott's Story
I am a Senior Vice President of Business Operations for a communications agency owned by one of the world's largest advertising holding companies. With over 95 offices in more than 40 markets across six continents, someone is always emailing me requesting my time and attention, including in the middle of the night. When I started working with Lindsay, I was bringing my iPad, iPhone, and MacBook to bed with me.
Lindsay helped me understand how much sleep I was actually sacrificing by waking up to work and then trying to fall back asleep, and what that meant for my health and my ability to perform. We got the devices out of my room fast. Then she helped me fix my schedule. Not in a way that felt impossible, but with small changes I could make to support my sleep and still get my work done, even when work feels insane.
Recognizing that several issues I was dealing with could be ADHD and sleep apnea, she also coached me through finding a psychiatrist for an ADHD evaluation and a sleep specialist for a sleep apnea evaluation. Lindsay is now working with me on strategies, as I adapt to both of these new diagnoses.
To say she changed my life would be an understatement. Getting consistent, quality sleep means I can show up each day and perform at a level I am proud of — for my friends, my family, and my colleagues.
